Currently at the locations at MOA asked to see a show in a size 12, the young lady bought it out to me. Shoe fit my son perfect I went to the counter to purchase the girl at the counter was so nasty. After waiting 15 minutes for them to find mate they finally find it after I was told they didn’t have it. Terrible customer service, great show selection but I won’t be back.

So I ordered a new pair of shoes online to pick up in store at JD. I get an "order ready" later that afternoon so I decide to head to the mall. Now keep in mind I made sure to check their store hours before which said they closed at 9 so I got there around 6. When I get there, workers are in the store but the gates were closed. I was so upset because I drove all the way to the mall since it's the only JD in MN relatively close. I kept trying to call the store to get any info like maybe the workers are in a break? But no one every answered the phone. I also wanted to pick it up that evening because I am moving to Wisconsin the next day. So I decide to just to go again (even though I don't have a lot of time) when they open the next day. When I come in today at 11:20 (twenty minutes after they said they opened online) the gates were closed again. The workers were also a bit rude when we tried to ask what was going on. Finally after waiting they opened with no questions answered and me having no idea if I am going to ever be able to pick up my shoes before I move. I don't think I am ever going to shop here or recommend it to friends because this was a nightmare. I feel like it is messed up how there was no sign outside posted letting customers know they they are closing early and no automated message on their phone that said they closed early. What a waste of time.
