We had to replace the foggy glass for three windows and repair one window in our old 1977 built house. We are very happy with result. Everything has been done very neatly and fast. Thank you Glass Doctor. We will use this company again.

Currently, most Glass Doctor locations use urethane with a one-hour safe drive-away time from when the new windshield gets set. No need for blue tape or any holds on washing your car. You are fully protected at the 60-minute mark. Please be sure to check with your local Glass Doctor to ensure the type of urethane being used.
For auto glass, we have the best guarantee in the nation upon installing a new windshield. If you choose our Windshield Protection Plan, you’ll have coverage for a full 12 months. Should you get a rock chip in your new windshield, Glass Doctor will repair it at no cost to you. Our Windshield Protection Plan covers all rock chips received in the first 12 months — no limit. Should you receive damage that is not repairable such as a long crack or significant damage in the driver’s view area, we will replace the windshield at no cost to you for the glass material. Depending upon the type of coverage you purchase at the time of original install, you may be responsible for the cost of labor, adhesive, and moldings.
Unfortunately, tempered safety glass, by design, cannot be cut. It is designed to break into small pieces when cut or broken to reduce the risk of significant injuries to the person breaking it. Using safety glass, of which “tempered” is one type, is mandated by state building codes in specific applications like doors, sidelights, showers, etc. Please call Glass Doctor if you want more information on this topic.
Yes! We do replace rollers if needed. Of course, we try to clean the tracks and rollers and adjust first. If that does not work, we will discuss replacing the rollers for you.
Scratch removal in residential glass and light commercial applications is not a commercially viable solution. Basically, it is labor-intensive and not very successful. Furthermore, if the customer is not satisfied with the result, they are understandably not willing to pay for the time and materials invested by the glass company. Scratch removal and scratch buffing systems exist; however, they are typically only practical in warehouses, industrial, and on larger commercial glass projects. Please call our Glass Doctor office if you would like a more detailed explanation.
Yes, we can cut glass but we do not have a local Supplier that will bevel shapes- if it is rounded polished edges (pencil polish) we can also do that.
Although we also do auto glass we almost never polish scratches out of auto glass unless it is a classic or rare imported car that glass is not available for. The process of removing scratches from auto glass is so labor intensive that it is rarely worth it unless replacement glass is not available. Please feel free to give me a call and I can discuss it further with you. Thanks Jeff 864-288-7790
They replaced my vehicle windshield. Don't know if they do any other.
