Both times I was in for work it took two hours for Steve to start working. The first visit he did good work but now i have to get his work almost completely fixed. He is an apprentice that they let tattoo without anyone watching or checking on the satisfaction of work. The owner is never there . Please use a different parlor.

Horrible establishment that goes back on their word. Was told that me and a friend would have our piercings redone for free since the piercers they had that was recently fired did them incorrectly. Was told the day we went in that we'd have to pay again since they didn't work there anymore and they couldn't lose money on doing them for free even though the owner missed 3 of his appointments earlier that day.

Spent 5 hours waiting to get my tattoo. Went back for touch up, waiting another 5 hours and had an appointment for both appointments. Totattaly unexpected
