We've been here going on 5 years in April of 2023. This place started out beautiful when we came 10 years ago for our honey moon. Five years ago it was awful! We hated the way tenants were treated and the then office staff were horrible! Now, within the last couple of years since Stacy has taken over this place is becoming more family friendly, and I genuinely feel safe here now. I haven't met all the office staff, but I do feel confident that they are making the right moves. Franklin Village in Asheboro has the potential to be the most beautiful community as it's so secluded, and I definitely feel like the right moves are being made! I would love to see the play grounds with an update and safer for children, but I'm definitely pleased.

Stacey n Lisa are great to work with. They are willing to help out in anyway. Both of them are working to make fraklin village a better place to live for all families. My family has seen improvements that they are making.

I went with a friend looking to rent a home. Nice neighborhood and the office manager was very informative and helpful.

I have been living here at Franklin Village for 6 years and I can say the New mangement are working hard and you can see the progress .as a resident here ive witness the ladies and maitenance ,cleaning and picking trash up.
