Whent there to get a tire plugged and it took the technician almost an hour for one plug and forgot to put my tire hub back on so no will not be back an definitely not recommending them to anyone

Went in for an oil change and to have my a/c checked. They checked the a/c and diagnosed it. Parts we're ordered and brought back. One part did not arrive and wasn't found for about 5 days. They did fix the a/c but forgot to close a valve so it leaked out. Brought back and they fixed it.

Refuses to honor their 3 year battery warranty. Got stranded 3 times in a week, had my car looked at 3 different places before Firestone, all of which read that the battery was bad. Took it Firestone they said it was reading fine. Took it to another repair shop and had it fixed there. Have had no issues since. The manager there also told me I needed to replace my wipers every month. Are you serious? They also tried to charge me $70 for a battery check one time as well. Since we had so many issues with them, the day the they refused to honor their warranty, my wife did end up cussing them out and one of their employees started walking up on her like he was going to swing. When I told the manager Jimmy what happened when I called them the next day he tried to tell me that his employee walking up on her like that was a matter of perception. Seriously? Would it of been a matter of perception had we knocked him to the ground for walking up on her like that. On video btw. Then when we called corporate we had to fight for a month to get our money back for the dud battery.

Don’t waste your time coming here . my wife brought her new car for Warrenty inspection and they let her leave with a nail the size of a pencil sticking in her tire. Didn’t offer any solution except that “ it should hold , we sprayed soap on it and didn’t see any bubbles .” What !!! Absolutely horrifying!! Who does that ? What a joke !
