I bought my tractor about 9 months ago and have had the best experience I have ever had with sales and service. Not only did Phil take the time to explain which tractor would be right for me, he made the entire buying experience pleasant. The real star there though, is Bobby. He always has time to talk to me about things that I need addressed and takes as much time as needed to discuss upgrades, even when the business is slammed. Additionally, he has always gone above and beyond when I have run into problems (self- caused). Recently, major issues occurred to the motor and turbo. Bobby spent a lot of time writing and convincing the MF company to do the repairs on warranty. He saved me thousands! Not only that, but he kept me informed on every aspect of repairs. Can’t thank you enough Bobby.

Owner Phil is arrogant and not very knowledgeable. He only cares about selling big money equipment not the store for little man. Lynn Pennell in Lenoir is much better with customer service and price. YOu cant get a straight truthful answer from him. I was hesitate to stop here after hearing by word of mouth the type of person who owns this place and i should have kept driving . I would give a zero star if i could. My advise is to buy anywhere else.
