Piedmont Composites has been a great place to work for me. It has changed hands and names since I started little over 6 years ago. 10 hours a day 4 days a week is awesome and really good pay. Pay wage is $18hr, some positions start at higher rate. Four (4) day work week, Monday -Thursday 1st shift, 10hr shift. Benefits -subsidized health insurance can start day 1, 401K, paid holidays, additional insurance available. 6am start time for most positions. Pre-employment drug screening and background check required, random drug screening during employment. Some benefits start after introductory period (90 days). Production workers introductory period wage is $17 then rises to $18. Great place to work, not just another number.
