I went in the store yesterday 11/ 26/2021 to start service and get a phone and I promise it was probably one of the best experiences I ever had the rep was very kind and very knowledgeable and very upfront and honest he of course is selling as it is his job but he did it with such honesty which that’s how it should be he explained plans and price and trade in’s even with my child going nuts he managed to understand and not be fazed by it I say this rep definitely Deserves a raise or a promotion and he is definitely the reason I will be staying with my new service and coming back to the store and I recommend anyone to go to this store because you won’t be disappointed
