If I could give a 0, I would. Some of the CNAs are rude and do not respond when you call for help. They are understaffed which means they don’t fire anyone.

I found the staff to be kind, patient and professional. My husband was particularly challenging and yet it was taken in stride. The only problem I had was with house keeping…I will leave it there.

My family is extremely fortunate to have found a wonderful and caring homelike atmosphere for our beloved mom at Life Care Center of Jacksonville. The facility is very nice, clean and well maintained. During my daily visits I have witnessed the excellent professional and loving care given to my mom by each and every staff member. We are especially grateful to Tony Silva and his team for their exceptional patience in listening to our concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We appreciate and thank each and every one of you at the facility for your continued commitment, a great deal of tolerance and deep sense of humanity. Me and my family have been fortunate to have found this place of caring for our mother in her late stages of dementia .Every staff we have encountered have been always willing to go the extra step in meeting our requests. We are extremely happy and satisfied which I myself as a retired physician can vouch for and am pleasantly surprised. We thank all the staff with our heart felt gratitude.
