I was looking for a particular watch - Arnolds is TISSOT dealer. I called and spoke to HERC . he told me he could get the piece in a matter of a few days. I had called several dealers- no luck. today HERC called , the watch had been received. I went in - looked it over and purchased it, at a discount. HERC sized it professionaly. it is a hard to find model - thank ARNOLDS / HERC , good job. it was a good experience , ARNOLDS is now on my list. ~ JDS , July '22

Thank you to Arnold’s Jewelers for outstanding customer service. I had to have my engagement ring and wedding band cut off my finger. After being on my finger for over 40 years, the rings were really tight and were practically cutting off circulation. I wish I got the name of the employee who took care of me. He was very sweet and was so careful using the tool to cut the rings. The owner came out and was also very nice to my husband and I. I will be visiting Arnold’s soon to have the rings resized and my engagement ring reset. Thank you Arnold’s!

Arnold's Jewelers was truly amazing to work with during the entire engagement and wedding journey. All staff members are very knowledgeable, welcoming, and kind. The cases had a great variety of stones and bands. Larry made it so easy for us especially when it came down picking out the wedding bands, ordering it and restoring the engagement ring before the wedding. I am overjoyed with my selection and have receive many compliments on our wedding rings.
