The beer is fantastic, the location is great, but customer service is seriously lacking. The one man behind the bar was miserable and was sure to tell us all about it. He didn't greet us, but we asked him how he was doing and he said, while leaning on his hand, "terrible. It's nice outside and I'm in here." We were caught off guard, ordered what we wanted and went outside to drink. His temperament did not change the entire time r were there. I understand that sometimes you have to work on a nice day, but don't take it out in your patrons. Still love the beer!

Last minute decision to stop here, so glad we did. The beer was very good, I had a wonderful Irish cream stout and my husband had a Mexican chocolate stout, great flavor. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable!

I really wanted to like this sour beer (ARTISANAL BREW WORKS WARHEADS ECTREME SOUR GREEN APPLE) SOUR ALE. The taste is horrible. My hubby also tested it and he didn't like it. I don't know how to describe the taste but it tastes something …We’re sorry you didn’t like the Warheads Ales. They aren’t for everyone. We do make over 60 different beers though and we’d highly recommend you give one of our other beers or beer styles a try! FWIW, these Google reviews are supposed to be about the business as a whole, not an individual product. There are apps such as Untappd to rate the individual beers.

Hi Jonathan. Kurt, owner/brewer here. About 5 months ago I invested in a really good wifi system for my brewery and customers. Prior to the upgrade, it was hit or miss because of the massive steel building, but all fixed now!
Your best bet is there brewery for sure. You will also be able to try some of their other beers that you may not have been able to get elsewhere. There have been several barrel aged bomber releases that are not available everywhere.
Check with your local beer distributors. Tell them you're looking for it.

We've just recently partnered with BurgerFi and 2ndKitchen to offer free delivery of BurgerFi's food to the taproom. The Menu has recently been added to our profile and includes burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and some vegetarian options.
It depends on the day, but we do host parties of that size. We serve beer, wine, cider, and soda or "pop" if you grew up in Rochester (my home town).
