My two 5lbs Maltipoos were happy and at ease with Jamie, no stress, no trauma, and they look great! We've had 2 appointments now and the folks at Paw Spa were intuitive enough to not do a full cut on the dogs' 1st visit. This allowed my dogs to feel pampered yet not overwhelmed. 2nd visit showed me how professional the grooming services are. I'm impressed :-)

I've brought my dog here 5 or 6 times before and have never had issues, until this occasion (July 2nd). My dog is 100 lbs with a double coat, so it's not an easy undertaking to groom him. His hair gets extremely matted and unfortunately instead of untangling it this time, they just cut out huge chunks of hair from his hind end, shoulders, and neck. Over 50% of the hair on his tail was removed. He looks ridiculous. One of his nails was clipped so short it was bleeding until that night and they didn't cut the hair around his toes, like they've done every other time. I hate to leave a review like this, and seldom do, but I'd hate it even more if someone else's dog was groomed this way... I think it's worth mentioning that on at least 2 of the previous trips here, his coat was equally matted if not more so, and they were able to untangle it just fine...NO excuses.
