Had an appointment, person didn't show up, I called and they had an emergency and needed to cancel. Totally understandable. They were going to call back to setup another appointment, but never did. I have called several times and emailed several times over months with no answer. Going elsewhere for my business! Disappointed in this local business that I have always heard good things about.
