I come to the library every week for private lessons. The staff that works the study rooms are the most obnoxious people I have ever had to deal with. They are uptight and very rude. Whoever is managing these people needs to pay a little closer attention....

You need your library card and PIN. Access the web catalog from home or in a branch and find a title you're interested in, click the place hold button. You'll be prompted to enter your card number and PIN and choose a pick up location. Staff are also able to help you place holds over the phone or in person with your library card.
