Their sezuhaun shrimp is not the way to make it thy must be from another part maybe Hong Kong but the correct way to make it is peppers onions and shrimp spicy

It's a Chinese restaurant. If you want authentic Asian cuisine, you're gonna have people who grew up in Asian households. Expect broken English, and be more lenient toward those who don't speak your language when you want to eat their food.
