Have been buying from here for over 10 years now. Always friendly. Helps trim our Briskets down, gives us a deal here and there if they have one in stock. Awesome quality and good food to throw on the grill too. 👍

He sells approximately 12-15 lbs briskets and depending on how big of eaters you have i would do 2 becasue they shrink during cooking. There about 70 buck per brisket . During all this bs thats not a bad price

I have frozen short ribs from about 3 years ago when I bought a part of a cow. When I opened the package there was a funny smell, but not necessarily a rotten one. Are they still good?

I would never trust something frozen for 3 years. 1 year in the freezer should be the max, as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure it's all freezer burned by now?

No. Almost all non-essential places are closed today due to the nor'eastern. Also, you can go there to get ground beef, not a burger.
