I purchased a new Trek mountain bike for my wife from Bike Town. We also purchased a new bike rack. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on bringing my bike here for service at some point in the future.

Not helpful. I’ve got a handcycle and another on the way. This shop refused to even help with adjusting pad breaks, putting new tires on the rims or even greasing the chain. All basic bike maintenance with basic parts. I try to shop local but they’re turning me away. Apparently my bike is too big for them to take up any room in their shop. Even for basic repairs. I shouldn’t have to drive an hour to get bike repairs. But here we are. Heading to REI instead.

The staff was knowledgeable able they were able to ‘tune up’ my 10 year old mountain bike for a reasonable price. It’s always as good as new! The turn around time was good as well.

Hi Maanya, yes, we deliver bikes. The charge for delivery is $90/hr for the round trip delivery time. Alternatively, we sell car racks that start about $150. We've only got one women's bike with 26" wheels in stock, an extra small Trek 820, but we have other women's models in better supply with other wheel sizes. What type of riding are you looking to do, and how tall are you?
Hi Zak, Presently, we do not rent bikes. We are a Trek dealer, so the Trek Emonda, Domane, and Madone are some example road bikes we normally stock. Come by at your convenience, and we can discuss the right bike for you.

Bike Town is currently operating "curbside" only. We are happy to respond to questions and bring products outside for customers. Our staff wears masks and maintains social distancing during all interactions with customers. We take our protocols seriously for the safety of both our customers and our staff. We hope to be back to normal operations soon, and appreciate the patience of those kind enough to share it.

Hey Mark, we do not currently have any 24" bikes in stock. However, we are hopeful that youth bikes in that size will become available again as 2020 continues.
