Went with my kids to check on housing. Called ahead to check to see if they had the ability to build or purchase a modular pre build home, not a mobile home or double wide. We were told yes they could, so we drive close to 100 miles to learn differently. Although the mobile homes were nice, I can't see paying $189000.00 for a double wide.

Yes, but used home inventory is limited. New homes are much more energy efficient.
Yes, they do
Yes, they are required by law to make certain adjustments for handicapped clients. But you may have to pay for some of them.
When we were last there they were limiting the number of people allowed inside and enforcing both a mask and sanitizing policy
