In my experience, the apartments are infested with cockroaches, management is unresponsive, maintenance will treat you like a nuisance when you file legitimate repair orders, and there are a lot of additional fees not disclosed at signing that get tacked on about 2 months in. They claim the apartments are newly renovated, but you can go 13 months without receiving the updated appliances you were promised at signing and there are a ton of issues with how quickly they did remodel. In December, I went 6 days without hot water because maintenance and Garrett, the front office manager, did not feel it was an “emergency situation.” They’ll probably respond to this making excuses or disputing or telling me I can reach out to the office to discuss further, but I left voicemails and emails for upper management (Carrie Bolling - District Manager) about this exact issue and never received a response back. Garrett left the property in the middle of my lease and we got new management, but it doesn’t seem to have helped much. I had to email the front office 3 times to even get a reply. It’s just not worth it… there are plenty of nicer apartments for way less money and headache.

The maintenance staff is very efficient! They don’t waste time answering your call. Jeff came today and my A/C was fixed in minutes. He know what he’s doing!

It is a very nice community with nice people. Sam, the leasing agent, was extremely informative and professional and we are looking forward to living there.
