I’m tired of dealing with the incompetence at this location—they are the hub for distribution in my local area. I have built a home that has been finished for over a year yet the managers still won’t put my address into their system which doesnt allow my packages to be delivered and I have to keep going there to pick up my packages EVEN when have been promised many many times that they will put my address in the system. Since they keep failing to do this, whenever they get a package of mine (usually through amazon) and scan it—it won’t put it in a place where it can be put on a truck to be delivered. They still have not entered my address into the system so at this point I am opening a formal complaint and also sending an email to the CEO Carol Tome about this issue. I shouldn’t have to be dealing with this— I have been promised many times that my issue will be resolved and I’m tired of dealing with it at the local level.
