First time visiting and it was an absolute no for me! When I arrived at 4pm, the young lady at the desk was so lost! Then she had the nerve to say the party isn’t until 5:30pm and that the were filled to capacity. I drove over an hour to get here because I was invited to share a memorable moment for my girlfriend’s son 1st birthday party. To waste time I decided to walk to Big Lots. When I returned there were about 10 cop cars and an ambulance due to two parents fighting. People had to leave early and others were standing outside. After the ordeal was over, they finally left in at about 6:30pm. They brought the drinks out an hour later and the pizza never came!!!! This was a total mess!!!! Don’t ever go to this place!!!!!!! I’m saving you from losing your mind and patience!

I’ve come here MULTIPLE times since you guys have opened because you’re about 2 minutes from my home and I have small children. I guess the “rules” have changed. The lady at the front tonight(I came about 8pm), didn’t even introduce herself but she wore a black shirt and her lips were pale and dry, told me we had to put our socks on before I could even pay while the other lady was allowing people to pay before putting the socks on. Now if my card had declined would you have wanted the socks back? I’ve never been somewhere that provides you with socks (other play places ie. trampoline parks, toddler soft play areas) make you put on socks that you have to PURCHASE before you pay. Also, I came here less than two months ago and they couldn’t find my waiver. Now my kids love this place so they were very antsy and just wanting to go in, I had to sign new waivers with crazy toddlers; something I would’ve done before i came had I known that you guys didn’t have the waivers. Honestly I only gave two stars because my kids didn’t notice the chaos and had a good time but I will not be coming back. I will drive to the linden location. Also, get better staff. If you are going to be miserable while working with children then GET A DIFFERENT JOB!
