Don't park outside a space gang, enforcement is imminent. There are cameras. Please clean up after your visit, this place is pretty pristine.
The sign said no swimming allowed, I'm not sure if that only pertained to the main entrance area but there were a couple of people (myself included) in the beachy area who went into the water. No one was gaurding. I will say i only went in close to shore and there were thousands of little hermit crabs and it was really bothersome .. to me at least.
Get there super early am this time of year for parking spot if not you can park in Port Jeff by the yacht club and hike the beach to the cove its kind of far i did it several times its a nice hike
