Today I intend to get my 2nd booster. Despite the local was almost empty, the assistant pharmacist Ms. Sandra denied my petition due they were too busy. I have been a cvs customer many years ago, and my 1st booster was at CVS Reynolda / yackenvilke on 12/29/2021. After feeling disappoint I did cross the street to the Walgreens 4998 country club rd, and they made my profile and my boost with polite courtesy and high professionalism . I encourage the customers to avoid get service from the captioned CVS branch. Hopefully the general manager can read this message about my complaint.. Besides, i did notice that several complaints are running on this web... 😠

Not that this is the stores fault but they showed they had COVID rapid tests in stock. They do not.

Horrible the drive thru machine never works! It’s ridiculous. You know what would fix this issue?? Get it fixed!!! I should not have to wait in the long COVID testing line if I’m not getting a COVID test. What’s the point of having two separate lines ? Smh The workers or friendly though.

I called in to provide my new insurance information per a text I received from CVS. The pharmacy technician lied to me and said she found my new insurance information; I asked to confirm it and she was adamant that she had it and did not want to confirm. I later found out from the pharmacist that the technician used a discount card instead of my insurance and the pharmacist had to redo the transaction/charge. The technician was rude and very short with me. She clearly wanted to get off the phone and only wanted to do what was easiest for her. She has no business working customer service. I believe her name was Sandra.
