2 stars bc the spicy chicken sandwich was editable & pretty okay. Waited for what seemed like forever in the drive thru (seriously over 12 minutes); was told the chicken was cooking..cool, fresh, hot food. The fries were not editable at all, they were burnt to a crisp, hurt to chew and just gross. Not sure why I waited so long for a fresh mediocre sandwich and very very old fries. Thought the place looked nice but for $12 I will likely not be back! Oh and the Mac n cheese was absolutely gross. The noodles weren’t even al dente (sp? - still very crunchy) and my 2 year old who will eat Mac n cheese off the floor wouldn’t touch it.

This is the best most underrated chicken around. They have had these delicious chicken sandwiches long before the recent "chicken sandwich wars". The only reason I can think of why PDQ isn't more talked about is because there aren't many around. You owe it to yourself to try this place if you like a good chicken sandwich. Also great shakes and sauces.

Food is always good and staff is always kind, but over the last few months the cleanliness is what has really gone down hill. Your shoes stick to the floor so much that it pulls them off. There are dead flies near the ketchup and napkins. Ketchup all over the counter, the drink machine doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while. Every time I go in I tell myself it will be the last time because it is just so dirty.

Been going here for a few years now for good food, but today our daughter got the special treatment. The manager let her make her own milk shake back in the kitchen and was given a fireman’s hat. Our little girl was on cloud 9 all afternoon. :)
