nice views but they are not enough for a luxury building, as Harbor Square claims. Current management ladies seem like they were just promoted from Sing-Sing, horrible attitude, not suitable for a "luxury" setting. Is this a reflection of the entire GDC management spirit? Not sure.. Unless proper training or replacement of the current management is done, this place is NOT recommendable.

Great, modern building on the side of the river and next to the train station. Very clean, cared for grounds and organized. Lovely entrance and decor, both inside the lobby area, as well as the outside surroundings.

Harbor Square only leases. The apartments are only for rent. One bedroom Approximately $2,800.00 two bedrooms 3,800.00 Please contact the rental office to reaffirm.
A small 2 bedroom starts around 3400
