Very, very disappointing. We spent many thousands of dollars over the past 2 years and ultimately felt it necessary to move my mother out. There has been a significant decline in care, activities and professionalism over the last couple of years. With the exception of a few, the staff is poorly trained and lacking any compassion. Think, not twice but three times before placing your loved one here.

My dear friend has been a resident here for the past 2 1/2 years. Early on in her time here, there was a fantastic activities director and chef, & my friend easily enjoyed the different activities throughout the day, which always ended with very good dinners. In the past year and a half, there has been high turnover in staffing & a serious decline in the quality of the care, including the food. Her first care manager was excellent, knowledgeable, and caring. Unfortunately, she is no longer there. Last, the current staff has been poor in responding to these complaints & concerns. Very disappointing!
