If I could put a zero as a rating I would. My daughter came in a few months ago and got micro links Her hair is natural and it was thick and medium length, today she came in to remove the links and when she left this shop her hair literally was sticking on top of her head , she can't even wear a ponytail. We spent a total of 1,200 within a few months and her hair is f#&$ed up, my baby girl been crying all day long. I recommend no one to come, the customer service was nonchalant, they could careless and tmatters worse another

I called the salon asking to be seen today …lady didn’t inform that they only took cash…wasted my time coming meanwhile she was getting her hair done when I arrived…told me I didn’t ask…your a business, how do you expect your customers to assume you only take cash if you don’t tell them Update/Edit: , I called at 5:04 said I’d be there 30- to an hour and you said ok that’s fine and then called again 5:53 asking additional questions about if you color and if you hadn’t hung up so fast you would’ve heard me asking if you could do a trim instead…so instead of calling again….I went knowing all the information I thought I needed except the most important part….you then said when I arrived “ you guys know we only take cash right?” And I went to attempt to get money to come back and you called me to ask if I was coming because you were about to close …and I stated I wish you would’ve told me before I came ….you told me that I should’ve seen it on a website I never knew you had… Maybe I should’ve said it better …(constructive Christian)it would be very helpful to customers if you also stated that you only take cash before they arrive because some of just don’t know …. Me and my friend weren’t whispering…you were clearly talking to him …but thanks anyways

I absolutely made the right decision selecting this shop for my hair services. I had been looking for a beautician and I have struck gold!!!! Essa was such a pleasure and I LOVVVVVEE MY HAIR !!! It was exactly what I visioned . The prices are phenomenal . Essa made sure that I was comfortable and before I left I felt like I had been going to the shop for years…. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
