I had the absolute worse experience at this location. Avoid at all cost; the store manager is a narsassict on a power trip. Ordered online which prompted this store to deliver to my home. Waited 2 weeks never received my merchandise, trying to be patience with ahead and paid for the months lease still no merchandise. After calling the store several times over the course of two weeks and three different lies finally got a delivery day. On the delivery day, the guy was suppose to be at my home at 4 he never showed up, at 6 pm after telling the store I had to work he called and said he was on the way. I told him I would meet him at the gate to let him in due to call box issues. Went to the store and waited at the gate for 45 mins no one showed up. After calling the store I was told my lease was canceled and I can come pick my money up without any explanation. When I arrived at the store spoke to Carlos because it was a guy that told me my lease was canceled. He tried to explain what happened upon which; a nasty store manager then started talking nasty too me bragging about she was the one cancelled my lease and how I was trying to steal from her store. After us cursing each other out, in front on her employees she threatened to call the police and was talking about how I smelled like alcohol. After calling my parents a Crackhead. I now have to wait a week to get my money back after waiting 2 weeks to receive nothing on top of being embarrassed for trying to just bring Aaron's business. Worst experience in my life with regards to a company. This store manager should be fired immediately this area deserve so much better than a lady on a power trip. Not one time did they call or try to inform me of any issues. Only when I called them, please avoid this store at all cost; you will thank me later.

The female who answered the phones is rude as hell, over talking customers and raising her voice is extremely unprofessional. If all calls are recorded you can here how impatient she is and I did nothing but ask questions

Worse service ever!!! Don't go here...they're trucks always breaking down and they don't ever have enough delivery drivers or service people. And of course it would be black ran! Smh make no sense.

It took me three days and 5 phone calls in order to get my account set up. Carlos was great, very friendly. A few days later I try to contact him, and so far I have called three times, sent an email, and left a message to call me back. Still no reply from him. Product works great and when you have his attention he is super helpful..The problem is getting anyone to respond to you.
