I have never had such a lousy experience as I did right now with this garbage bus company. My kid was outside, waiting for the bus on the first day of school (it’s raining out). Not only does the bus driver not stop where it’s supposed to, but it doesn’t even slow down to see if there is anyone around... which my kid was... exactly where he was supposed to be picked up. To add insult to injury this **** on the phone tells me that they’re not going to come back and pick him up, and tries to place the blame on us. This never would have happened in our old school district. They were professional there, but given that it’s hard to find decent help these days I guess I shouldn’t be surprised when these “workers” are bottom-of-the-barrel trash.
