UPDATE 7/22/20- I received my new hearing aid and was amazed at what I was missing out on. The aid is comfortable and easy to handle. Once again the staff is topp notch. Thank you guys for bringing back part of the world to me. I had an excellent experience at Miracle Ear. I was uncomfortable with the thought of having to get a hearing aid and confused over all the different types out there. This staff was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so comprehensively that I was at complete ease when I left. I haven't received my hearing aid yet but as far as the staff and office, top notch!

the visit was very informative - but get a letter regarding exam has been horrendous. Never got the report, followed up with a phone call , told I would get it - guess what nothing - if this is what to expect re service, not sure if I want to do business with them - if this is the type of CUSTOMER Service, and why don't they have a normal phone number
