This pharmacy has employed very friendly and able personnel. As I was waiting this morning (Thursday Feb 21, 2019) about 20 minutes for a problem with my medication to be solved (a problem that had nothing to do with them), I saw about 5 out of 15 customers act arrogantly and annoyed at them for no reason at all. One old lady even muttered a racial slur under her breath as she turned around because she was told in a friendly manner where she should wait (as she was standing awkwardly close to another unrelated customer getting an explanation from a pharmacist). The personnel was courteous and friendly to everyone, with a patience far exceeding average people. At no point did anything seem to interfere with their concentration on the job. The woman employed at the phone area should be commended for her problem solving skills as well. The service was also fast and efficient. Walmart should give these pharmacy employees a raise, or at least a good bonus, for putting up with rude and sometimes racist customers all day, without showing the slightest annoyance on their part.

I could literally write a book on how unprofessional and rude these people are and after a year of dealing with this I am done and going to another pharmacy... my son doctor who is lover the whole we for kids stated they were very rude to her on the phone when asking about the care of my child...not to mention last month gave me the completely wrong medication(took 3 hours to get corrected) and almost gave it to my son if I didn't see the pill was different... their lack of care is unbelievable... to add they will take forever even to fill a simple prescription you put in three days in advance! To add again half the time this place don't have the medication needed! Im always having a wonderful day but know basic off their attitudes and lack of customer care I will be quiet frustrated once I leave... literally need a margarita ready after leaving this place and I am no drinker it is this unimaginably horrible!! At the least Choose another Walmart fair warning!! I’m trying conyers ga and so far so good! I will say it is one lite skin complexion male with a air fro who works here that is always a pleasure to speak to since he’s the only polite one!!

They are so slow at drop off and at pick up. They also close for lunch. Never heard of.
