Having watched the Vampire Diaries multiple times, my girlfriend and I decided to take a trip to Mystic Falls. We were amazed being there feeling like we were actually in the real Mystic Falls. We visited the gift shop in the ally and it was fantastic. The girls working the shop were all very nice and helpful!!! Coming from New Jersey all the way down here it was pleasant to be treated so kindly and welcomed. All the girls there deserve a raise!!

This is my 4th or 5th trip to Mystic Falls. I used to take my daughter or meet my bestie there. Now that my little one is in college, my niece has found the show (I helped lol) and she was dying to see It. We drove a very long way to get there and before we even checked into our room, we went to the Alley Shop. There is a good vibe and welcoming feeling when u cross that threshold into the very clean, very well stocked shop under the stairs! This is the place to go to have ur own little piece of Mystic Falls. Did I mention the museum? There is NO where else in the world you can go to be near these memorable costumes. So if ur ever in Mystic Falls, stop by the alley shop and also see another filming location. when u get to the bottom of the stairs u are standing in the place where Damon killed a guy and compelled the girlfriend to tell sherif Forbes Lexi did it! (season 1, Episode 8. 162 Candles). You’re gonna love Covington.. we just got home and we are already planning our trip back!! My only regret is not getting the burgundy Timberwolves t shirt to match my niece..

I love stopping at the Alley Shop anytime I’m in Covington. They have excellent customer service. There’s a great selection of Vampire Diaries/Originals/Legacies/Sweet Magnolias merchandise! They also have an awesome museum with clothing that the cast wore on the Vampire Diaries.
