Terrible ,rude, and awful!!! I will not even give one star We never thought it would take 6 hours just for a 2 min checkup! I had to pick my daughter from school at 8:10 and now it’s 2:00 pm!!! My daughter’s school is over by now. Very terrible staff too we asked them multiple times if we were gonna be called soon and the 3rd time later, I was gonna ask If I could pick some food up, she was angry and Interrupted me thinking she would be asked the same question again. Very slow staff, irresponsible, and some have a bit of a temper. Very bad experience. Also, the reply to the negative review are very rude

Absolutely the worst! Everyone and their mother was snuggled in there to get 3300 forms for their kids. I just moved to the area and cannot travel 1 hr to my kids doctor for this form. The guard was rude, disrespectful and judgemental. I put myself on the wait list but screw it i cannot drop work to wait around all day for incompatible people. I rather go to Cobb county health department they are nicer and get you in within minutes.

We do not do physicals but if you are referring to the screening the current price is $50.00 which includes vsion screening, hearing screening, Height Weight and Body Mass, and a Dental check
