If you speak Spanish don’t bother calling as they will just hang up on you if you don’t understand what they are saying in English. If you call back fingers crossed you don’t get the same person as they will just hang up again. My friend even asked to speak to a person who speaks Spanish but no luck. Maybe Gwinnett county should divert some of the excess property tax revenue into adding resources to this beat up and broken system.

Very rude behaviour and approach from the front dusk guy, felt very disappointed.

Because of the service recovery they earned 5 stars. I know back to school is busy. But after speaking with Julie the manager she was a big help and eased my frustration. Thanks so much for your help and returning my phone call promptly. You guys are wonderful

Great staff but the service was too slow, got vaccine on Friday. I got there around 10am, was asked to come back at 2pm. Got there again 1.45pm complete the paper work before 2.30pm and wasn't checked in for vaccine until 4.15pm.

My dad is 93 years old , husband is 70 and I'm 62 and is diabetic, can I make an appointment for covid vaccine?
The dental services are for children only.
Yes
Charges can be addressed based on your income, just make sure you bring your last 2 pay stubs if pay biweekly or last 4 if pay weekly (I think), if you are unemployed bring a letter from the Dept of Labor, or your last year filed IRS Tax returns. But you definitely have to ask about it
Well I go there for my kids immunization but their services is now on appointment.
If there are vaccines too
I'm pretty sure.
I didn't say you shouldn't check. I said that the staff at the medical center didn't check or even ask to see the email.
Call the lawrenceville health center and confirm your appointment.
Yep
Doors lock at 7:00 on Tuesday. Try to get there an hour early to do all the necessary paperwork.
They have a dental clinic for children between the ages of 1-18. No adults. They accept mainly Medicaid, PeachCare for Kids, Wellcare, Amerigroup, PeachState and Caresource insurance plans. Also a lot of cash patients on a fee for service basis. They do not have a sliding scale for services based on your income but they do offer fees that are considerably lower than going to a private sector dentist.
Yes, they can provide shot records if the vaccines were given in Georgia and they are entered in the state database. There is a $10 fee.
Unfortunately, we do not accept Obama Care.
Unfortunately, no. Our fees are low cost though, and are determined by your income.
Hi Dan. Prices are income-based. You may qualify for the low cost of $21.
Cynthia, we do offer both immunizations at this location. There is a cost which will be based on your income, whether you are insured or not, and age. You can call the health center any time for more information.
