Horrible customer service, I was going to be a future customer but I wont be any longer. I went in on weekday morning around 10, looking inside the showroom. Karen approached me (avoid all Karens! Ha), I was looking for something specific she helped for a few minutes until another customer came. If you cant help/direct/assist and be patient with me then dont be in sales! I went outside to see the products she disappeared with the other customer, finally some other worked helped and I chose between 2 products she came back and said she would look to see if the manufacturer has the products in stock she said she’ll give me call tomorrow. Tomorrow happens no call, a few days later no call! I had to call myself to follow up. Unprofessional employees and customer service. You dont run a business like this, I took my money else where.

We have been ordering several things for our patio and Joe has been amazing with us, making Everything easier, the reason why I give it 3 stars is because a guy named Chris was nasty over the phone, very unhelpful and rude, so I would not recommend this guy Chris to deal with, make sure you ask for Joe.
