This is the worst salon I’ve ever been to my entire life!!!! They rendered a service I wasn’t pleased with, I complained and was insulted.. the pregnant lady literally told me to ‘shut up’ and dragged me by the shoulder so she could keep making my hair. The boss intervened only to say ‘you know she’s pregnant’. To say I was in shock, furious, embarrassed all at the same time is an understatement! Yes, she’s pregnant but did I come to your shop for free services?? I came with the hope of getting my money’s worth and you guys gave nothing close to that. I just hope you really reconsider before using any of their services. This was my first and most definitely will be my last time using them.

My first time at this shop today and I had no issues. First time I’ve ever gotten braids and had ZERO soreness. Sarah and her team were professional and my braids (kinky twist) look amazing. I’ll definitely return.

I came in today for knotless braids. As my first time at this location I was a little skeptic, but I am amazed by the quality of work. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and was able to sit through the 4 1/2 hours that it took for my hair to get done. I will definitely be back to get my hair braided again.
