That hateful woman that runs the place is an absolute mean old grouch. Not the nice lady who has very good manners and respects the customer. Not the lady who runs it. She has no respect or common courtesy towards anyone. And it's so cringey watching people try to kiss her rear end to get her to like them. She even treats those people horribly.
