This company is completely unreliable, always an excuse for not coming on the scheduled day. Leaves trash around the bin and in the driveway. Literally they throw the bins to the curb. When they don't show and you call to complain they give an attitude and say that the trash wasn't out, when indeed it was. Regardless of the inquiry or the complaints of service, you should never be disrespected and be spoken to rudly by someone in customer service. Professionalism is non existent there. So many issues over the years I have no idea why I continued to give them my business for so long. It amazes me that they have 3.9 stars. If I could rate negative stars I would. I'm paying more money now and I have absolutely no problem with that. Just knowing that my waste will be picked up on time without excuses and without a mess, bins placed nice and neatly back at the curb. But most importantly not being spoken to in a disrespectful manor. My new trash company is very pleasant and they actually answer the phone if you call. My advice to you if you are shopping for waste removal is to avoid the frustration and disappointment and give your business to a company who appreciates your patronage and treats you with the respect a paying customer deserves.
