I brought my cat in for a potential cat fight injury, which just ended up being a mild abrasion. We were brought to the back immediately and witnessed the care to all their patients in the room. Everyone was very kind and aware of the wait time for each patient, keeping in communication with each of us. My 11 year old daughter had questions on some of the equipment and they kindly answered her curiosities. The facility is very clean and they have comforting rooms for those that need to grieve. I am grateful for the nurses and doctors' caring ways and see that they treat every patient as if they were their own family member. It's not an easy job yet they make it look effortless. Thank you VEG!!!

Horrible place to go. Worst customer experience. People aren’t welcoming, place not clean. I went there because my dog has an eye infection while waiting for the doctor i saw a huge bug crawling into my dog’s fur, there was also some poop on the ground from other dogs. My experience with them was really bad. My dog started developing a cough hours after his visit to this clinic. I don’t recommend this place to any pet parents unless you have no other option. Really disappointed.
