Yes they do and they do a awesome job you will be very happy with what you get

Received a basket of few small plants 2 days ago. Plants were VERY dry. Most importantly this basket has an open weave NO liner! Every movement sand, dirt pours out the sides. Including watering it. Very poorly put together.

I use them once recently and found them to be limited in the variety of things available and very expensive. I can remember from years ago when Carousel florist was one of the Premier floors in that area but I am afraid that since they have moved across the road and are in any smaller facility that things are not quite the same
