My friend was stuck inside this location and the General Manager Robert Gonzalez who has his name and number posted to call for After Hours Hell, would not answer. My friend tried repeatedly and even left messages and he never called her back. This location IS NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED as they promote and tell the public. The inside facility is well above 90 degrees and again the General Manager has said that the Air Conditioner is broken and they are waiting for a part, that was in June now its August. What’s the excuse??? As a manager how can he even think this is acceptable or ok? When my friend did finally make it out she tried to still follow the policy and swipe out not to lose access and it was DENIED!!! Come on people this place needs to be investigated. Where is the State of Connecticut?

The absolute worst one I been to charge me 140 dollars for 65 mi there and back charges 4 additional charges they don’t tell you about and one of they employees charge me for the wrong truck and they still charge me even though they told me he messed up don’t ever come to this one never 💯💯

they called to cancel my rental the night before we were supposed to pick it up saying they didnt have a truck available for the time period i needed even thought they sent me a reservation confirmation three days prior. I then asked them to give me the $50 promised if they cancelled an order and the "manager" hung up on me. I called back, he was very rude but ended up saying he would refund me the $50. It's been two weeks and I still have not been refunded.
