My question is... When you drop off your baby to be groomed are they done right away or kept for 4 hours before being groomed? That happened to us here in Vero. Most UPSETTING !!! Will never go back there

We love them!! I have a 70 pound golden doodle & won't take him anywhere else. They call me when he is ready to be picked up. Which is usually a few hours, but I don't mind. We have been using them for just over 3 years now.
