It was sold to gold coast. I recently took thier brokers course, all materials and signs had gold coast logos. The instructor was a previous Climber employee/contractor and he did a great job. I passed my state test. Would recommend 100%.

Hello Scoticia, thank you for reaching out. The online real estate course seems to be harder to complete but we have many online students. Our online students receive access to an additional online study guide for the online course exam that helps alot. We also have an online Live Streaming pre-license course that is extremely popular.

I took the class online. State law requires 63 to be liscended. 60 for class and 3 for the test. It was really easy and follow directions and you will pass with this instructor . There is almost no way to fail. I live climer realty. Classes were 9 to 3 each day.
No, you don't need your diploma, however you do need a high school degree or a GED to be approved to get your Florida Real Estate License from the Florida Real Estate Commission.
