Very helpful staff. Machines are clean and wash and dry quickly. The facility is staffed at all times so it is kept clean. It is cash only. I didn't have cash today. The staff member let me get my clothes started using their card so I could save time and run to the ATM.

They don't use coins in their machines. You have to use their money card or buy your own. Each time you want to use a machine, you have to ask one of the employees to use their card & give them the money or buy a card from them for $5 and load the card with money. Charging $5 is a little much for an empty card. They have vending machines for laundry items but none of them work. You can buy laundry items from the employees though in case you forgot something.

I used to be a fan of using this business, but tonight was the last time. If you’re going to close early that’s fine. Tell customers, but don’t go assuming that it’s ok to just start pulling peoples clothes out and drying them. Ended up ruining over $200 worth of clothes and the old man working just looked at me like I was stupid when I asked him what he was thinking. If you consider this place ONLY go when the Lady is running the place. Other than that find a better place to go.
