I was surprised to see good quality artist supplies cheap, employees are very cheerful, I'm glad I found what I was looking for.

This is a well lit store and staff was courteous but those are the only 2 good things I can say about this location. Store was dirty, disorganized and had U- carts sitting all over the store. It looked like people had actually been shopping from the U-carts so I assume they have been sitting there for awhile. The district manager needs to get involved and get this store some help or reassess the staff currently employed.

I should be able to give 0 stars. I watched the manager *scream* at a customer over the bathroom key. She had given it back to him but he dropped it and he started screaming louder, saying she threw it. The store was (as always) a disaster and he was rude to everyone that came in. It’s never been in great shape, but Richard was at least respectful to customers.
