The station has convenient and easy pay at pump that works very well and is covid friendly, including the use of club membership benefits.

Not a bad gas station typical Holliday station. Employees are very friendly and actually volunteering to help sign up dor their rewards card that saved me money and a free car wash.

If you like dishonest business practices that are designed to waste your time and get you to buy things you'll rarely even get to use, this is the station for you! Car washes at the pump are incredibly convenient, which is why I bought one. Then, I went to redeem my car wash and realized THERE WASN'T A CAR WASH. In sheer shock, I looked at my receipt and saw at the very bottom in TINY print there are 2 locations you can redeem the car wash at. I don't have time to drive all over (or anywhere) when I'm stopping to fill up over a lunch break. C'mon guys, it feels completely dishonest to offer a car wash at the pump without disclosing at the point of sale that the car wash isn't even on location. Who has ever even heard of that? Ya, I guess I should have looked around first to see if there was one, but it never occurred to me they would be selling car washes if they didn't have one on location - surely they understand the whole reason people buy car washes at the pump is the sheer convenience time-saving aspect of it. I immediately called as I was driving away to ask for a refund, again assuming they would simply refund the amount to my credit card over the phone and was told that I'd have to come back (stand in line of course) and have them process a refund. When I said no, please just process it over the phone, I was man-splained how I should just go to another location for a car wash. "No, I don't have time and I don't want to. Please just process my refund." I'd have to come in to get a refund because they need the receipt "for their report." You guys need to figure out that people's time is not free. Customers don't like to be tricked into purchasing a car wash and then have their valuable time wasted to get a refund. Hope you enjoy your $3 profit - that is all you will ever get from me, I will never be visiting your station again.
