I’ve been coming to this Lifespan Urgent Care/Lab for over tens years and Ive never had a bad experience. But within the last couple there’s been a huge staff turnover and I’m sorry to say that the last 3 visits have been nothing but unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. The three times I’ve gone there, the staff are just sitting around doing nothing, chatting amongst themselves. When a patient approaches, it’s like they’re inconveniencing them. The front desk receptionist with dirty blond hair is so rude. She rolls her eyes at people. The care is disorganized and borderline negligent. This group of healthcare workers should really understand that many times, their patients are coming to them at a very vulnerable time and to demean, dismiss, or belittle them is reprehensible. I will not be returning and neither will my family.

Hard to see from the road. It is inside the urgent care center. Speedy, efficient, friendly. No bike rack.

Yes, they do. My family doctor isn't associated with Lifespan but he gets the results. I always go to the Lifespan Lab for blood tests because we see thre result in our lifespan Portal in a matter of hours. You can also call the place. Besides one on mendon rd there's one across Lincoln Mall.
It is within the Urgent Care on Mendon Road. The front building, not the back building. Caveat: it's been a while since I've been there but I don't think it has moved.
