Very kind to my son very patient with him I was so grateful it was my wedding weekend that when I came to the store wanted two very small simple tattoos all in total three letters what less than one inch charge $60 a piece from the one young lady that gave my husband and I our tattoos young man that did my son's tattoo was kind patient explained everything well to my boy and I don't have enough nice things to say about him and reasonably priced unlike the lady that did mine and my husband's less than one inch by a half inch wide three letters $60 a piece $120 for less than 5 minutes worth of work on two people I understand overhead but wow would not recommend the lady with the purple hair to anybody

You will need a notarized parental consent form as well ID, so will you parent or guardian. You can either pick up the consent form from the shop or print it off the FLA health dep. website. If you have any questions just call the shop at 3527954907
As long as the parent has the consent form and it is notarized properly and the parent is there, it doesn't matter. Parents consent.
Yes, we can definitely do the trident, however a initial consultation would be great, as there are different versions and gauges of this type of jewelry. They come in straight and curved versions. Which we would have to order in surgical stainless to assure accuracy as well as proper healing time.. All have to line up correctly of course. These are $80

We sometimes take clients, if we had cancelations or have time in between appointments if the tattoo is a simple one and in fact can be designed and done in a short amount of time to properly execute it. Phone calls are always recommended just to ensure that you are not taking the trip for no reason. Thank you and hope to serve you in the near future.
It's the same as for color. We charge hourly or in cases that we can determine the length of the tattoo a flat rate. Shop minimum is $60, hourly $150 which is the national average.
Unfortunately we don't do dermal piercings anymore.
Yes, all you need is a parental consent form. Which needs to be notarized.Banks do that for free. You and the mom need to have id. If not id, birth cert. will work. parental consent form can be printed off the website on the piercing link, or you can pick it up at the shop.
