I have been to the Citrus Spine Institute twice and saw Alan. I was overwhelmed with his caring, compassion, and his above and beyond willingness to help find out what was wrong with me. You do not see much of this in the medical field anymore. He is an asset to the the medical community and this office.

I have a herniated disk and was in such incredible pain and Dr.Tubis is a game changer ! I had to get a epidural steroid injection!! I am soooo thankful that I was able to get help ! I highly recommend Citrus Spine Institute

I saw Dr Toumbis and Britany for an l4/l5 herniation with stenosis affecting my left leg. After conservative measures such as steroid injections, PT, pain meds over a period of 10 months I finally got to have a spinal fusion surgery. I am post op 1 month and the nerve pain is gone! Currently in therapy and pain management but doing very well. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is my leave of absence paperwork took 3-4 weeks to get filled out and my pain was NOT managed well post op at Citrus Memorial. The nurses and residents told me they couldnt touch my pain meds only my spine surgeon could do that. Allen PA, came by later the following day and adjusted my meds and sent me home. Luckily, I was only there one night as I was better off at home where I has round the clock care from family/friends. At 36, I am extremely thankful they were able to help me receive my mobility back!!

I had spinal fusion for spinal stenosis last week and am very pleased to feel as good as I do right now. Dr. Toumbis is an excellent surgeon and has a great staff. The hospital at 7 Rivers was wonderful and the nurses have a lot of respect for Dr Toumbis. I hope this review goes through. As 5 🌟. I just did another review and I couldn't change the rating from 3 stars to 5. I only wish I had seen him more.
