First impression..they opened the door with a smile. Asked if they could help. Said what I was looking for. Showed me several models. I examined as did my grandson. I picked out what I wanted. Since I'm in a wheelchair, they showed me to a table where I could fill out paperwork. All there were helpful and friendly. I recommend
